i'm coming to realise we all have an inherent need to be seen. catch-ups are great, but you need a few people around you who you regularly talk to, hangout aimlessly with, and who see you grow as a person and go through things that life throws at you.
my core circle is changing, and i am feeling like i am no longer anchored.
i need more/better witnesses.
